The continuous Online Coaching is there for you to feel and be more accountable for a longer period of time. You will have constant motivation, updates, guidance and knowledge.

 

Think of me as your knowledge bank :-)

You can have continous coaching just for Personalised Nutrition Plans, just for Personalised Training Plans or both together.

​

Nutrition plays a key part in making changes to your mindset and body, and training will increase your energy expenditure and change the shape of your physique.

​

I have created the continuous online coaching option as a lot of my clients always feel they would like more time, want less pressure and want to stay accountable for longer. 

 

NUTRITION PLAN

All nutrition plans are created to suit your goals and any dietary requirements.

Nutrition plans are created from your height, weight, job and activity levels.

Macro tracking is tracking the number of grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fats you consume on a particular day.

I like to help and guide my clients as much as possible, so within your plan I will inform you of how many calories you are consuming each meal and each day. I will also inform you of what your Macro's are so you also gain a better understanding.

 

TRAINING PLAN

The Personalised Training Plans are created around your lifestyle. I take into consideration your sleep, work life, home life and more to personalise the best training plan that will work for you.

You will have pre-arranged check in dates, this is to keep you motivated, not only to feel the changes but to see them too!

This will include:

  • Progress pictures

  • Weigh in

  • Feedback on how you feel on your plan

  • Any questions you may have regarding your plan
