Jessica Craft is a level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, this involved units such as Nutrition and Anatomy and Physiology.
All plans are created to suit your goals and any special requirements are tailored towards your requirements.
Nutrition plans are macro tracked, this means that your calories are calculated to help you reach your goal. You will know how many calories you are on a day and what your Macro's are.
You also have pre-arranged check in dates, this is to keep you motivated, not only to feel the changes but to see them too!

PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLANS

A personalised nutrition plan is designed just for you.
​
The personalised nutrition plan takes into account your personal health needs including the consideration of your health history, activity level, your job and what your health goals are.
What might be a great pattern of eating for someone else, could be unhelpful or potentially dangerous for another person due to a certain health condition or lifestyle. For instance if one person is active all day compared to a sedentary job in an office - the plans will be different.

All nutrition plans are created to suit your goals and any dietary requirements.
Nutrition plans are created from your height, weight, job and activity levels.

Plans Provided -
Personalised Plan from all food groups - carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Personalised Keto Plan - High fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate diet.

Macro Tracking
Macro tracking is tracking the number of grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fats you consume on a particular day.
​
I like to help and guide my clients as much as possible, so within your plan I will inform you of how many calories you are consuming each meal and each day. I will also inform you of what your Macro's are so you also gain a better understanding.

Check in’s
You will have pre-arranged check in dates, this is to keep you motivated, not only to feel the changes but to see them too!
