SHARIANNE - PT CLIENT

My main goal was to feel fitter and healthier, so far I have lost 1st 9lb, and I have also gone from a size 14 to a 10 (absolute bonus)
I also had a Personalised Nutrition Plan created for me by Jessica, I loved all of it 😊, there’s nothing better than getting back in to shape, eating well and feeling good for it.
I have gained a lot more confidence mainly in a number of different ways, from training to self-confidence and just generally in a better mood!
Absolutely, not only is Jessica a good PT, but you also actually care about the people you train and coaches.

MEGAN - PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN

I started my plan yesterday and I love it!
Yesterday I did a fasted back and biceps day with LISS and really enjoyed all of the food! Then today I wanted to try a non fasted day so did lower body and HIIT and had loads of energy! Must’ve been because I’d had more food yesterday and I ate my pre-workout before going to the gym!
Think I am going to be able to stick fine to the diet!
The tips for training were helpful as before I was just doing the same sort of cardio all the time. Hopefully mixing up the HIIT and LISS will help to get results from my training alongside the nutrition plan!

KIANA - ONLINE COACHING - PERSONALISED NUTRITION AND TRAINING PLAN - 12 WEEKS
I’m really happy with the progress I made and I’m no longer scared of stepping on the scale.
I really like the updated workout I feel like it pushes me a bit more. In terms of the nutrition I felt like it was easier than the weeks prior to it.
It was my grandads 70th birthday this weekend and I wore a denim skirt which I tried on at the beginning of this 12 week challenge and it didn’t go much further up than my knees and now it was baggy on my waist so that was a really good feeling.
A lot of family told me I seem a lot happier and confident in myself which I do. I felt comfortable in my own skin and I was happy which I haven’t always felt at family/friend occasions.
I’m ready for this last push and looking forward to the end results!

CHRISTINA - PT CLIENT & PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN

During my continued plan with Jessica, I have weekly PT sessions and I follow a structured diet plan, I am a very fussy eater and Jess suited the plan to what foods I liked and tailored to my needs. It was very simple and easy to follow.
I enjoy my weekly PT sessions, Jess understands your fitness levels and pushes you to the next stage, she guides you through each move and teaches you what muscle groups you are working on. Jess believes in your goals (sometimes more than yourself) and is there for you morning, noon and night. I have noticed a massive change in my figure and my health, I feel more alive, I can get up and active, I make better choices with food and also, I feel happier that I am working and achieving my goals and I understand it won’t happen overnight. You don’t always see a change with the scales week on week and this can be depressing and demotivating, but Jess keeps you encouraged and shows you how far you have come and pushes you on to believe in yourself to achieve your goals and targets.
I would 100% recommend Crafting Curves, I am a true believer and this is why I have continued with Jess 7 months on.
ANDREA - ONLINE COACHING - PERSONALISED NUTRITION AND TRAINING PLAN - 12 WEEKS
I AM happy stood on the scale today and I weigh 65 kg! I do feel lighter :)
Everything is going well so far and I’m getting compliments. People said I have lost weight and I feel so good :)
So excited to weigh myself next week and see changes on the scales and in the progress pictures!

Thanks again I have been getting so many messages since the day we posted the before and after pics. I told everyone to follow you. My friends will message you aswell. I’m still using the plan because I got amazing results. I’m starting from the last one you sent me. I will definitely take part in another 12 week challenge if you do another one so please let me know if you do!
My mum and sis compliment me daily and it means so much because, at one point they were concerned about my weight.

MICA - ONLINE COACHING - PERSONALISED NUTRITION AND TRAINING PLAN - 12 WEEKS
One of my goals on the Crafting Curves Programme was to feel comfortable in a figure hugging bridesmaid dress for end of October. I tried the dress on again today for the first time since I got it in May & since I started the 12 weeks challenge with Crafting Curves. 8 weeks in and the dress feels sooooooooooo good! I feel so comfortable in it, there’s now room to eat and I look amazing ookkkaayyy I have definitely been crafting my curves.
Thank you so much Jess for all of your hard work, for being strict with me and pushing me because you know what I’m capable of.
Listen people, the programme hasn’t even finished and even when it does I’ll be continuing this for life.
If you want a trainer who is committed to you then Jess is the woman (& also one of my best friends)

Just been reflecting on the last 2 months since we started doing sessions . When I looked at weight and pics I got a little disappointed because I thought it should be better and then I realised I was comparing myself to other people and this is my journey and it may go slowly but the biggest difference the exercise has made has been mentally.
My confidence in the gym has improved - I’m not afraid to try new weights and push myself.
Because I feel more confident the biggest change is I have made is I have accepted my redundancy and I’m backing myself to get a new job and possibly retrain. Whilst scary this has made me so happy.
So thank you for getting me to push myself and believing in me in the session we have had together.
HOPE - ONLINE COACHING - PERSONALISED NUTRITION AND TRAINING PLAN - 10 WEEKS
I have been enjoying the fact that I have energy even though I’m working out 6 days a week.
I'm really enjoying HIIT training.
I feel like my trousers which were bit tight feeling a bit loose and generally I feel good. I also enjoy my meal plans and my workouts. I’m now 59.2 kg so I haven’t lost much but I can feel stronger.
Getting better at avoiding temptations at work, there’s always cakes, biscuits and alcohol, but luckily the meal plan you have set for me is AMAZING so I have nothing to worry about!

Exercise and health has generally been super good. But it’s our Christmas today (Hindu version) so we have had like Christmas dinner type of party and food. I have taken more meat options and still not drinking but has been a real test and hard.
I'm enjoying my morning workouts and recording my calorie burn on my Apple iwatch, most important I feel good and I feel fitter, so thank you can’t wait for next week.

I have loved it so far, I had hit my gym goal all three days and your meal plan has really helped me with not feeling tired either, and you putting things I love has meant I am not craving for anything with is amazing.

1) The fact that I can have bread and rice bar . Yummo! Also that I just meal prep Sunday and Wednesday I can just eat properly and not miss food
2) I have been feeling hungrier and hungrier – this means my metabolism is kicking in!
3) I feel my stomach is less puffier. My face and my fingers are getting less puffier as well.
4) I feel like my energy level is improving slowly as well. My hair and skin is looking more beautiful as well.

Normally I struggle with sticking to eating healthy and it fails after a day but I have actually managed to stick to it and not indulged in fatty foods like I usually do!
I have been having my 3 green teas with matcha in a day and I'm actually liking that (didn't think I would)
Breakfast has been transformed from cookies to oats and I feel so much better for it and I think I have had more vegetables this week than I have had in the last 3 months!!
I will be honest with you, exercise I haven't been doing as much as on the plan but going to push myself even more next week! Now I know I can do a week of good eating I'm going to try and increase my cardio/ gym classes next week!
I'm taking little steps but I feel by this is something I can really stick to!
So I'm feeling really positive!!!

Still getting on really well, still feeling really positive and not finding it as hard as I thought I would.
I have joined a new gym and went 3 times last week and I’m actually enjoying it and look forward to going!!
I have taken my progress pics and I can see and feel a difference in the definition of my abs which I kind of lost so that’s made me happy!!!
My weight is showing at 57kg! 1KG drop!
